Experience leading global People Operations in a scaling organization, with a deep understanding of international compliance, workforce planning, and cross-cultural HR strategies. Proven ability to drive transformation, challenge conventional HR practices, and implement AI-driven, data-informed solutions that enhance efficiency and employee experience. IPO and pre-IPO experience, with an understanding of the complexities and requirements of scaling People Operations in a public company environment. Strong growth mindset with the ability to learn, adapt, and lead innovation in rapidly evolving technological landscapes.
