About the Role
Workday is seeking a versatile, and collaborative professional to join our growing global AR team. The ideal candidate is a proactive, detail-oriented self-starter with a passion for Analyst Relations. This individual will bring a consistent track record of driving successful AR programs, leading cross-functional initiatives, and balancing multiple priorities with confidence and agility. A positive can-do attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to adapt to change in a dynamic environment are critical to success in this role.
The Senior Analyst Relations Manager will develop and implement targeted AR plans, with a focus on Human Capital Management (HCM), aligned to business goals, key results, and the broader Analyst Relations team mission. A flexible mentality and passion for elevating Workday’s story in the HCM space are critical.
Responsibilities:
Proven ability to collaborate with and lead cross-functional (often matrixed) teams while fostering trusted working relationships with key analysts and internal partners
Must love to work in a collaborative, fast paced environment. Objectivity and openness to others' views and continuously builds a positive team spirit
Strong project management skills with the ability to lead all aspects of analyst evaluation program management for Gartner Magic Quadrant, Forrester Wave, IDC MarketScape or equivalent research from smaller AR firms
Highly organized and detail oriented with a natural inclination for both strategy setting and tactical execution. Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
Provide strategic guidance to product, technology and vertical industry leaders based on insights gained from analysts and their market research
Participate in the planning and execution of Workday and analyst firm events
Track and report analyst interactions and coverage (experience with Spotlight Oz a plus)
Ability to accommodate moderate business travel (up to 25%)

The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants. Recruiters can share more detail during the hiring process. Each candidate’s compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need, among other things. Primary Location Base Pay Range: $133,500 USD - $200,400 USD
