About the Role
We are seeking a finance professional to join our Professional Services FP&A Team at a Senior Financial analyst level. The individual will assist in monthly and quarterly close and forecast activities.
Responsibilities:
Build effective partnerships across the Professional Services & Field Sales business units.
Prepare monthly and quarterly P&L and high-level financial package;
Communicate variances to plan/budget to key stakeholders and collaborate across accounting, professional services, and operations teams.
Combine quantitative and qualitative analysis to highlight business risks and opportunities and support long-term growth.
Partner with business to accurately forecast metrics for Professional Services and Field Sales, including revenue projections and capacity expectations.
Prepare, interpret, and communicate financial reporting, analysis, and ad-hoc reporting to business partners within Workday.
Become acquainted with business processes and highlight opportunities for automation and process improvement.
Support and manage ad hoc projects.

Strong technical, analytical, communication, and influencing skills.

Experience with full P&L modeling including top line analysis and capacity modeling is a plus.
Knowledge of Workday Financials and Adaptive Planning is a plus.

The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants. Each candidate’s compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need, among other things. Primary Location Base Pay Range: $129,600 USD - $194,400 USD
