Description
We are looking for an experienced HRIS Analyst to join our team in Sacramento, California. In this role, you will oversee and enhance the functionality of our HR systems, ensuring they meet organizational needs and remain secure and efficient. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background combined with a solid understanding of HR processes and systems.
Responsibilities:
• Manage user access, permissions, and system settings to ensure smooth operations and data security.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and finance teams to optimize system configurations and improve overall efficiency.
• Process data change requests and troubleshoot user access or security issues, maintaining accurate documentation of resolutions.
• Generate and analyze complex data reports to support decision-making for senior leaders and HR staff.
• Recommend and implement innovative solutions, policy changes, or process improvements with leadership approval.
• Monitor industry trends and advancements to enhance system functionality and user training.
• Conduct evaluations of current system utilization and suggest upgrades or customizations to increase value.
• Assist with HR operations, including staffing, recruiting, and compliance-related activities.
• Develop and program custom functions, such as automated queries and reports, to meet organizational needs.
• Advise management on employment regulations, compensation policies, and human resource procedures.
Requirements • Proficiency with ADP Workforce Now and other HRIS platforms.
• Experience with compensation analysis and administration processes.
• Strong knowledge of auditing practices and data security protocols.
• Familiarity with ATS systems and their configurations.
• Ability to generate and interpret complex data reports for decision-making purposes.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Knowledge of federal and state employment regulations and compliance requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
