Job Description
The HRIS Administrator is responsible for the administration, support, and coordination of HR systems, driving the implementation of new functionalities and managing operational tasks. This role requires advanced expertise in process analysis, design, and problem-solving with a focus on end-to-end processes and impacts.
Responsibilities

Manage HR Systems team members, providing guidance, mentoring, and performance management to foster a high-performing, innovative, and collaborative team environment.

Serve as a subject matter expert to independently lead and configure Workday Talent and Performance Management from initial implementation through stabilization and ongoing optimization.

Support Compensation Review cycles and system enhancements to Workday Core and Advanced Compensation.

Act as the functional/technical liaison between HR teams and IT teams for system and reporting improvements, upgrades, system testing, conversions, implementations, and training.

Collaborate with HR centers of excellence, IT, Finance, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable HR technology solutions.

Analyze business processes and resolve issues and concerns.

Perform other duties as assigned.
Essential Skills
-
Experience administering and supporting a human resource information system (e.g., Workday, MAPS, OneView) for at least 5 years, with 3 years in HRIS.

Proven track record of successfully leading HRIS projects, including system implementations, upgrades, and integrations.

Experience in leading and configuring Workday Talent Management, specifically for Performance Reviews.

Knowledge of HR disciplines, including talent acquisition, talent development, and compensation.

Strong ability to manage large projects or processes and meet deadlines.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate and influence effectively with cross-functional teams.
Additional Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field.

Workday Core and Advanced Compensation configuration experience desired.

Prior HRIS management experience for a publicly traded organization with a large workforce preferred.

HRIS experience in the cruise industry is a plus.

Project management certification is a plus.

Workday Pro Certification desired.
Work Environment
The position offers a hybrid work environment, requiring onsite presence from Monday to Thursday with remote work on Fridays. After 2-3 months, there is the possibility to negotiate up to 2 days of work from home.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $120000.00 - $130000.00/yr.
