Description We are looking for a dedicated HRIS Specialist to join our team in Auburn, Massachusetts. This long-term contract position involves managing multiple HR systems while ensuring the accurate maintenance of employee records for payroll and database purposes. The role requires a collaborative approach, working closely with the HR team and other departments, while upholding the highest standards of confidentiality.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee the administration and functionality of various HR systems to ensure seamless operations.
• Maintain accurate employee records and databases to support payroll processing and compliance.
• Collaborate with HR team members and other departments to address system-related needs and improvements.
• Ensure strict confidentiality in handling sensitive employee information and organizational data.
• Support the implementation and optimization of HRIS platforms, including SAP SuccessFactors and Kronos.
• Troubleshoot backend system issues and provide technical assistance to users when necessary.
• Monitor timekeeping systems and ensure proper integration with payroll functions.
• Conduct regular audits of HR databases to verify the accuracy and integrity of stored information.
• Develop and maintain documentation for HRIS processes and system configurations.
• Assist in training team members on HRIS tools and system functionalities. Requirements • Proven experience in HRIS administration and database management.
• Strong knowledge of payroll systems and timekeeping tools, including Kronos.
• Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors HCM and Employee Central platforms.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with a high degree of confidentiality.
• Solid understanding of HR processes and backend system functionalities.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail for record-keeping and data accuracy.
• Effective communication skills for collaboration and training purposes.
