About the Team
We're making big changes in Global Legal Services (GLS)! The GLS PMO drives Legal, Compliance and Corporate Affairs' (LCCA) key critical initiatives to successful outcomes while providing an outstanding and unified experience to our Workmates as we follow our standardized methodologies.
About the Role
As the GLS PMO's primary point of contact you are a trusted advisor who can connect the cross-functional dots to ensure vision and strategy is top-of-mind. The candidate is an outstanding collaborator and problem solver on a fast-paced team.
Responsibilities
Partner across LCCA pillars to define clear objectives from ambiguity, align the team and ensure desired business outcomes are consistently met while reporting key results and metrics.
Serve as a leader and change maker by ranking and assigning projects, resolving issues and blockers, supervising progress, and mentoring the team along the way.
Collaborate with GLS Leadership in the annual planning cycle, quarterly goals and Town Halls, run steering committees for major initiatives, govern program management, and lead team meetings.
About You
Basic Qualifications
10+ years of project and portfolio management experience leading business transformation initiatives
5+ years of people leadership experience
Experience in business strategy collaborating with executive leadership
Other Qualifications
PMP or PfMP certification preferred
Outstanding consultive skills with a focus on understanding our business partner's needs, building relationships, solution planning, developing risk mitigation strategies and effectively presenting value to drive strategic alignment and business outcomes
Confident meeting facilitator with strong presentation skills
Advanced user of Google Suite or MS Word, Powerpoint, Excel, Miro, Smartsheets, JIRA
User of AI-powered tools and resources that improve the efficiency and effectiveness of project management
Understanding of contract lifecycle management (CLM) and a general familiarity with contract terminology
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience

The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants. Each candidate’s compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need, among other things. Primary Location Base Pay Range: $179,700 USD - $269,500 USD
Additional US Location(s) Base Pay Range: $170,700 USD - $303,200 USD
