About the Role As the Director, Partnerships, you will develop and manage a few strategic Global Systems Integrator (GSI) partnerships in North America - to drive GTM and delivery through partners. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams of Sales, Marketing, Product, Delivery, Financial, Operations, Legal and other functions. Responsibilities Manage end-to-end partner strategy and execution Manage partner relationships, governance, GTM initiatives and demand generation, marketing priorities, enablement priorities Create and execute account plans to achieve revenue, pipeline, and delivery goals Develop strong offerings to differentiate the partners and drive pipeline growth Own and progress account lists with prospective and active pursuits Collaborate closely with the Eightfold field teams to progress pipeline opportunities with the partners Collaborate with Product/Engineering on strategic innovation with partners as applicable Collaborate with Partner Marketing to plan and execute campaigns to drive GTM efforts Collaborate with the Partnerships team, Sales, Marketing and Services teams for success Support Eightfold sales enablement of partnerships Qualifications 12+ years’ of experience in enterprise software and/or consulting - with sales and alliance experience - with a track record of developing strategic and mutually beneficial partnerships Program management skillset Experience working with or for a Global Systems Integrator Team player with “can do attitude” Strategic thinker who can execute Excellent communicator with strong presence Strong stakeholder management skills - building and maintaining executive relationships Expertise in GTM models (sell with, sell thru and sell to) Ability to understand, develop and navigate complex sales cycles involving a variety of stakeholders Self-starter comfortable with ambiguity Ability to set priorities, stay focused on detailed execution while maintaining strategic vision Ability to motivate internal and external teams to deliver agreed upon goals Ability to travel 30% of the time HR technology background is a plus We are a team of self-starters who excel in their fields.
