Job Description
Position Overview
We are seeking a self-motivated, service-oriented individual who wants
to be part of an evolving HR team in a dynamic, fast-paced company. The
HRIS Analyst is responsible for the development, implementation and
maintenance of the Workday application. This position will report to the
Manager, HRIS and is based in our Chicago office.
Responsibilities:
- Provide support and maintenance of Workday, including researching
and resolving issues, unexpected results or process flaws;
performing scheduled activities; recommending solutions or alternate
methods to meet requirements.
- Champion and serve as technical expert of Workday, helping drive
long term strategic direction, design requirements, features,
functionality and necessary enhancements
- Plan, design, develop and continuously evaluate HRIS functions,
programs, policies and service delivery in order to achieve overall
department and organizational goals.
- Analyze internal HR data and perform research on dashboard tools and
introduces best in class descriptive reporting tools. Create ad-hoc
reports, HR and other functional dashboards, automating the delivery
where possible.
- Partner with HR team and other functional areas in multiple projects
and acts as a HRIS technology specialist and provide recommendations
for systems and technology
- Develop user procedures, guidelines and documentation. Train
employees on new processes/functionality. Train new system users.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor\'s degree in business, human resources or related field
- 1+ year(s) of HRIS experience working with a large-scale HRIS
platform
- Strong knowledge and understanding of the HR processes, procedures
and applications
- Eligible to work in the United States without the need for employer
visa sponsorship now or in the future.
Preferred Skills:
- Workday experience preferred
- Excel experience preferred
- Exceptional analytical, interpersonal and written/verbal
communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple and changing priorities in a very fast
paced, deadline driven work environment
- Proven ability to effectively communicate with all levels within the
organization
- Proven organizational and analytical skills
- Proven ability to uphold the highest regard for confidentiality
Base Pay
Base Pay: \$80,000 - \$93,000
Bonus: 15%
The base pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target salary for
the position. Invenergy considers a number of factors when determining
base pay offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position
and the candidate\'s experience, education and skills.
In addition to base pay, the total annual compensation package may also
include eligibility to participate in our bonus program(s) which are
designed to reward individual and company performance. Your recruiter
