The Workday Everywhere team is looking for a Senior Outbound Product Manager to join us and support our growth! As a team, we bring effortless experiences into our users’ natural flow of work. About the Role

As a Senior Outbound Product Manager, your primary focus will be to champion Workday Everywhere's innovative solutions, to our customers and partners. You will be the liaison between strategy and execution, translating customer needs and market trends into actionable insights for our product development teams, while simultaneously articulating the value and vision of our offerings externally.
You will serve both as a product champion externally and as the voice of the customer internally – by taking what you learn and sharing customer insights with the team to influence our product strategy.
Responsibilities
Evangelize Workday Everywhere's value proposition, with a strong emphasis on user effiiciency, to enterprise customers, prospects, and strategic partners.
Educate and enable our Sales, Product Marketing, Services, and Customer Success teams with in-depth product knowledge, use cases, and implementation methodologies to drive product adoption and growth.
Capture and socialize critical customer and market insights through various channels, including executive briefings, customer advisory boards, user groups, and direct engagements, synthesizing insights to influence product strategy and roadmap.
Collaborate with PMs, research, engineering and design to ensure that customer requirements and market opportunities are well understood and prioritized.
Support strategic customers with critical issues during implementation, launch, or rollout, coordinating their resolution internally and externally.
Partner with our software partners to coordinate and implement joint go-to-market campaigns and activities, especially for new features and capabilities related to conversational AI and agents.
Analyze product adoption and usage metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, providing data-driven recommendations to internal teams.
About You
Basic Requirements
At least 6+ years of product management experience, with a strong emphasis on outbound product management, ideally within an enterprise SaaS environment.
Proven ability with conversational AI, intelligent agents, or similar emerging technologies, including understanding their application and value in enterprise settings.
Experience in supporting customer implementations, troubleshooting product support issues, and addressing customer challenges in a product-focused role.
Consistent track record of leading cross-functional go-to-market efforts for new and scaling products, including, leading Early Adopter programs, customer research, and partner launches.
Experience making data-driven decisions, including defining and owning metrics for success and analyzing product usage.
A BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or an equivalent.
Other Qualifications
Outstanding communication, presentation, and influence skills, capable of engaging with all levels within a large organization, as well as with external partners and team members.
Strong ability to translate difficult technical concepts into clear, concise, and compelling value propositions for both technical and non-technical audiences.
A collaborative spirit that is essential for securing the trust and partnership of your peers and driving cross-team execution.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-evolving environment, with a strong sense of ownership for strategy, roadmap, and execution.
Experience with enterprise teamwork tools (e.g., Slack, Microsoft Teams) and their integration points with business applications.
Known to work using both quantitative insights from user data (the ‘what’) and qualitative insights derived from other internal and external sources (the ‘why’).

The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants.
