Description We are looking for an experienced HRIS Analyst to join our team in Brooklyn, New York, on a long-term contract basis. This position plays a crucial role in managing and optimizing HR systems while ensuring data integrity and security. Responsibilities:
• Oversee and maintain HR systems, including configuration, upgrades, and ongoing maintenance tasks.
• Manage system permissions, user access, and security protocols to safeguard data.
• Implement system enhancements and upgrades to ensure the latest features and compliance standards are met.
• Develop custom reports, automated queries, and other functionalities based on organizational needs.
• Administer HR platforms such as Ceridian Dayforce, Workday, and Oracle, ensuring optimal performance.
• Facilitate seamless data integration and migration processes across enterprise systems.
• Provide technical support to users, troubleshooting issues and resolving system performance concerns.
• Lead automation initiatives using scripting languages to reduce manual workloads and improve efficiency.
• Create dashboards and compile detailed data reports using tools like Tableau and Power BI.
• Collaborate with various teams to identify system improvement opportunities and manage related projects. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience with HR systems, including implementation and optimization.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes, data management, and system configuration.
• Proficiency in tools such as Ceridian, About Time, and business process functions.
• Demonstrated ability to create ad hoc reports and perform audits effectively.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
