JOB SUMMARY:
Under the direction of the HRIS Manager, the HRIS Analyst supports the efficient operation and optimization of the organization’s human resource information system. This role is responsible for data integrity, system functionality and providing technical support while collaborating with HR and other internal/external partners to streamline HR processes.
This is a remote position. The ideal candidate will be located in New Hampshire or Massachusetts.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Maintain data integrity in HRIS systems by running audits, queries, and analyzing data with follow-up corrections as needed

Provide day to day technical support by investigating issues and delivering timely detailed solutions on core and ancillary HR systems

Actively participates in the review, testing, documentation and implementation of HRIS system updates including product enhancements, new releases, upgrades, fixes and patches.

Serve as subject matter expert for various core modules such as recruiting, onboarding, benefits, HR administration, etc.

Develop standard reports, queries, dashboard and ad hoc data analyses to support business operations.

Support merger and acquisition activity from system configuration through onsite onboarding completion.

Support general audit and annual compliance reporting as needed.

Assists with system security, user role and access, role-based permissions in compliance with company policy and data protection requirements.

Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues.

Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes through system enhancements or automation.

Provide technical support for recurring projects including annual open enrollment, compensation cycles, year-end projects, etc.

Collaborate with internal partners (IT, M&A, Finance, Ops, Safety) to identify and implement system enhancements.

Develop training resources to educate HR team and system users on HRIS functionality and best practices. Lead and/or support HRIS related projects and initiatives.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Familiarity with human resource processes and procedures, including recruitment, benefits, onboarding, HR administration, payroll and timekeeping.

Thorough understanding of all areas of information systems with a highly technical understanding of at least one commercial HRIS system.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
-
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration or related field.

3-5 years’ experience in related role with exposure to HRIS or HR Operations

Experience with Dayforce HCM System
-
SHRM/HRCI certification is desired
Successful completion of a drug test and pre-employment background screening is required. MVR checks are required for all driving positions.
