Your day to day as a Enablement & Engagement Specialist
As an Enablement & Engagement Specialist at isolved, your day-to-day responsibilities will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative training programs that enhance employee engagement and performance. Core Job Duties
- Facilitate key training with isolved employees, managers, and executives
- Develop comprehensive training resources to support employees onboarding and continued education
- Assist with the roll-out of continuous learning programs
- Conduct training utilizing proven training ideologies and training materials
- Become an expert in isolved's LMS
- Be involved in employee discussions around feedback and continuous improvement
- Play a role in brainstorming new engagement ideas for employee morale
- Deliver surveys that will help provide a voice for all employees
- Help create and maintain an environment of equal employment opportunity, diversity, and competitive advantage in support of the company's diversity and inclusion strategic plan
- Assist in overseeing the isolved employee store, including regular review of inventory, product relevance, and store updates to ensure a positive employee experience
- Assist with sourcing and reviewing swag items for events, new programs, and internal initiatives
- Support ad hoc swag requests by coordinating with vendors and internal stakeholders to fulfill special orders
- Help manage inventory for new hire kits, including tracking supplies, placing replenishment orders, and ensuring timely delivery to new team members
- Serve as a point of contact for swag-related questions and requests, providing timely and helpful responses to internal teams
- Maintain total confidentiality with all HR related information
- Ability to learn HR practices to further personal career pathing
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-4 years professional development training experience
- Strong Presentation skills.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Strong writing skills
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization
- Ambitious yet flexible self-starter who can work in a rapidly changing environment.
- A desire to work hard, make a difference, and have fun doing it.
- Background in Human Resources preferred
