Title: HRIS Data Coordinator
Schedule: M-F 8am-5pm onsite
Pay: $25-$28 an hour

Summary
The individual in this role will support Human Resources by performing a variety of administrative and operational tasks. This includes data entry, personnel record maintenance, and coordination with internal departments.
This is not an entry level position. Candidates must have HRIS software experience. Knowledge in Microsoft Office Stack is a must. Needs to work well in a team environment. Preferred if candidates has ADP and SAP experience.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
(Other duties may be assigned as needed)

Perform accurate data entry, management, and auditing of sensitive employee information

Maintain employee personnel records in HRIS systems

Manage digital records for new hires and terminations

Assist with daily HR operations and administrative tasks

Coordinate HR-related projects, including meetings, trainings, and surveys

Collaborate with the Payroll department

Partner with the Recruitment team to onboard new hires and input their information

Preferred experience with ADP or SAP HRIS platforms

Experience managing MS SharePoint libraries
Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required
Language Skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English

Ability to read and interpret technical documents, including journals, specifications, and international standards
Computer Skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

Familiarity with operating systems, such as Windows

Pay Details: $25.00 to $28.00 per hour
