About the Role
You are responsible for defining a vision, strategic objectives, and outcomes for delivering insights that support every product area. You are member of our UX core leadership team and play a key role in defining how we effectively design and deliver effective experiences for all user types. You will align with cross-organizational leaders to define and deliver on a comprehensive, 360 view of prospects, customers, and users to ensure all Workmates have access to reliable, easy to find and understand insights.
About You
Basic Qualifications:
15+ years industry experience in human-centered design or research and +7 years as a people leader.
Must have Director level leadership experience.
Success leading high-performing research teams and attracting top talent to deliver high-quality insights.
Demonstrated success in ensuring a research team delivers strategic business value.
Deep experience leading teams who deliver both qualitative and quantitative research insights, spanning generative and evaluative research efforts.

The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants. Each candidate’s compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need, among other things.
