About the Team Eightfold Workforce Exchange is an AI-powered marketplace that connects job seekers, employers, and career supporters to meaningful job and learning opportunities. It matches individuals to relevant vacancies across multiple organizations, enables career planning and upskilling, and facilitates guidance from career supporters—helping both enterprises and public agencies efficiently link talent with available roles in real time. The Workforce Exchange Solutions Delivery team is responsible for implementing and supporting Eightfold’s AI-powered Workforce Exchange platform for customers, including both enterprises and public sector clients. Their work spans product implementation, customer onboarding, and ongoing support, ensuring successful adoption and optimal results. The team collaborates closely across product management, customer support, and technical consulting functions, proactively gathers customer feedback, develops operational roadmaps, and continually adapts processes to improve delivery quality. About the Role The leader of the Workforce Exchange Solutions Delivery Team is responsible for overseeing the successful implementation and ongoing support of the Eightfold Workforce Exchange platform for enterprise and public sector clients. This role guides a cross-functional team to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions, optimize customer onboarding and adoption, and cultivate continuous improvement through customer feedback and operational excellence. The leader drives collaboration across product, technical, and support functions, shapes long-term delivery strategy, and adapts processes to ensure value-driven, predictable outcomes for new and evolving markets. This will be a player-coach role, and you will be expected to participate in engagements while overseeing other engagement, coaching, and developing your team members. Responsibilities Oversee end-to-end implementation of the Eightfold Workforce Exchange platform for enterprise and public sector clients, ensuring projects are executed on time and meet defined business goals. Lead and develop a cross-functional team—including product specialists, technical consultants, and customer support—to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions tailored to diverse customer needs. Design and optimize customer onboarding processes to maximize platform adoption, customer satisfaction, and long-term success across varied organizational environments. Foster proactive collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Support teams to address client requirements, resolve technical challenges, and advocate for customer-centric enhancements. Establish and manage operational roadmaps, track delivery KPIs, and drive continuous improvement through structured feedback loops from customers and internal stakeholders. Expand and adapt delivery processes to support new market verticals and evolving business models, maintaining predictability, scalability, and value-driven outcomes. Nurture strong client relationships, act as a strategic point of contact for escalations, and guide customers towards best practices in talent marketplace deployment. Cultivate a culture of operational excellence within the team by setting clear expectations, providing mentorship, and ensuring alignment with Eightfold’s organizational vision and quality standards. Qualifications Proven experience leading solutions delivery or implementation teams in SaaS, workforce technology, or talent marketplaces. Successful track record managing complex, cross-functional projects for enterprise or public sector clients. Strong collaboration skills with Product, Engineering, and Support teams to optimize customer outcomes. Expertise in developing efficient onboarding and delivery processes, driving improvement through feedback and KPIs. Exceptional client management and team leadership abilities, with a focus on operational excellence. Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or relevant certifications preferred.
