Human Resources rely heavily on tools and technology to effectively and efficiently deliver services to our employees. The HR Operations function manages the business administration of the tools, determines HR and organizational data needs and spearheads business rules and polices around HR tools, standards, data integrity, data protection, enhancements and configuration, and reporting.
This position participates in the near term and long term strategies for tools and HR technology to enable the function to achieve its strategic objectives more effectively and efficiently.The incumbent will act in partnership with
the portfolio management group to design solutions, and information technology (IT) group to determine HR requirements which IT will develop technical solutions based on.
The successful candidate will possess experience with PeopleSoft HR components including Workforce Administration, Compensation, Workforce Development, Query and foundation tables. Responsibilities include:
Key Responsibilities:
PeopleSoft Data Analysis and Reporting

Analyze and interpret complex data from various PeopleSoft modules, including HR, Finance, and Learning systems

Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics to support business decision-making

Identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement in PeopleSoft data
-
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and develop solutions
Data Integrity

Perform regular data integrity checks to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of PeopleSoft data
-
Identify and resolve data discrepancies, errors, or inconsistencies
-
Develop and implement data validation processes to prevent data errors
System Maintenance, Upgrades and Enhancements

Troubleshoot issues reported by end users

Support the planning, testing, and implementation of PeopleSoft system upgrades and enhancements

Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration of new features and functionality

Develop and maintain technical documentation for system upgrades and enhancements
Documentation

Develop, maintain, and update technical documentation for PeopleSoft system configurations, processes, and procedures

Ensure that documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible to stakeholders
Additional Responsibilities

Provide technical support to end-users on PeopleSoft system usage and best practices

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements

Stay up-to-date with PeopleSoft system updates, patches, and security releases
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
-
8 years experience BS
-
4 years of experience in PeopleSoft Administration
-
Strong technical skills in PeopleSoft HCM 9.2
-
Proficiency in SQL, PeopleSoft Query, and reporting tools (e.g., PS Query, BI Publisher
-
Experience with data analysis, reporting, and data integrity checks

Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
-
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
-
PeopleSoft certifications (e.g., Psoft Certified Application Developer, Psoft Certified System Administrator)

Experience with PeopleSoft system upgrades, enhancements, and implementation

Knowledge of data governance, data quality, and data management best practices
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $116419 - $197912
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
