Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and strategic HRIS Manager to lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of our Human Resources Information Systems. This role serves as the primary point of contact for all HR systems and plays a critical role in optimizing HR processes through technology.

Skills and Requirements
-Bachelor's Degree
-5+ years of experience with HR systems
-Preferred HR systems: PeopleSoft, Kenexa, Brassring, Sage, Oracle or other IBM Systems
-Leadership experience
-Experience with launching Merit, compensation cycle, and maintenance of HR system -HR Certification
-Manufacturing/Large corporation Industry experience
