The Report Sharing team is at the heart of Culture Amp’s Engage platform, building and maintaining the report generation and sharing capabilities that empower our customers to make informed, impactful decisions. Our mission is to deliver a seamless, scalable, and secure report sharing experience enabling organisations to close the feedback loop and drive positive change at scale.
As an Engineer on the Report Sharing team,
You Will
- Take ownership of features from technical design through to implementation and delivery.
- Write clean, readable, and production-ready code for key features.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to understand customer problems and deliver value.
- Contribute to a culture of quality by writing tests, performing code reviews, and leaving the codebase better than you found it.
You Have
- Experience building web applications with backend technologies, including Ruby and Kotlin.
- A solid understanding of software design principles and patterns.
- Familiarity with AWS, CDK, CI/CD pipelines, and event-driven architectures.
- Experience breaking down complex problems into smaller, more manageable tasks.
- Demonstrated ability to write readable, maintainable, and well-tested code.
- Familiarity with the full software development lifecycle, including deploying and operating software in production.
