HRIS Systems Administrator

Our services include LIFE (Living Independence for the Elderly); skilled nursing, home health; personal care; adoption & foster care; assisted living; adult day services; memory care; hospice; palliative care; residential living; affordable housing; home safety monitoring; Meals on Wheels; rehabilitation services and private duty.
HRIS Systems Administrator coordinates the flow of complex processing procedures. Responsible for evaluating and recommending new HR systems, the development, building, testing, implementation and maintenance of human resources databases and tools. Creates employee data reports and troubleshoots and analyzes technical issues. Advises management on new technological developments and potential risks of current systems. Works in a matrix organizational structure, in order to manage systems reporting for the human resources functions. Analyzes workflow, access, information and security requirements to develop specifications for the HRIS systems. Maintains the quality and consistency of the HRIS database information.
Qualifications
HRIS Systems Administrator qualifications include:

Bachelor’s degree in Business or Information Technology.

5-7 years’ experience in a Human Resources/HRIS/Payroll environment.

Expert level with Microsoft Excel and other MS applications.

Knowledge of various computerized information process flows and impact between the HRIS, Benefits, Human Resources, and Payroll; High level of accuracy, follow-through, prioritizing and meeting deadlines.

Experience with report writing, project management, HRIS system maintenance and an understanding of relational databases.

Proficiency in use of Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, VLOOKUPs and pivot tables.
