Job Summary
The Solutions Consultant Team Lead plays a dual role in delivering high-impact solution demonstrations to prospective clients while supporting the development and leadership of the broader Solutions Consulting team. This role is responsible for mentoring team members, supporting strategic initiatives, and ensuring consistency in technical messaging across the sales organization.
 Core Job Duties
- Guide day-to-day mentorship and skill development for other Solutions Consultants
 
- Deliver strategic and technical demonstrations of isolved's HCM platform to high-value prospects
 
- Act as a subject matter expert across isolved solutions and provide coaching during key sales presentations
 
- Partner with Sales Enablement to identify training needs and align product messaging for the Solutions Consulting team
 
- Manage and execute team initiatives, supporting ongoing requests from sales and strategic partners
 
- Support presentation preparation and provide live coaching and technical assistance during high-stakes demos
 
- Contribute to the evolution of isolved's demonstration strategy by anticipating trends and client needs
 
  Job Complexity 
As an expert in the field, uses professional concepts in developing resolution to critical issues and broad design matters. Anticipates broad changes pertaining to their area of expertise and ensure isolved is always ahead of the curve.
Significant barriers to entry (e.g., top management review, approval) exist at this
level.
Interaction 
Works on issues that impact design/selling success or address future concepts, products, or technologies. Creates formal networks with key decision makers and serves as external spokesperson for the organization.
Supervision 
Exercises wide latitude in determining objectives and approaches to critical assignments.
Minimum Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in an HCM solution consulting role, with deep expertise in SaaS and Human Capital Management systems
 
- Strong ability to mentor and coach peers while influencing cross-functional collaboration
 
- Excellent presentation and communication skills with the ability to distill technical content for various audiences
 
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
 
- Proven aptitude for translating complex challenges into clear, actionable solutions in a fast-paced sales environment
 
Physical Demands
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds. 
Travel Required
Yes, up to 15% domestic travel may be required.
