Job Description
The isolved Senior Solution Consultant will conduct software presentations for the various sales divisions providing value and solving business challenges for our prospects and clients. As a technical expert providing our internal and external partners. As a Senior Solutions Consultant you are the subject matter expert on all aspects of our product and technology suite
Core Job Duties
- Perform comprehensive and tailored technical demonstrations of the complete isolved Human Capital Management suite, showcasing advanced features and capabilities to meet specific client needs.
- Partner with internal sales teams to strategize and executive upselling initiatives, introducing new products and services to existing clients.
- Lead integration scoping calls with prospects and vendors to determine technical capabilities of data movement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address obstacles in the sales process, ensuring a seamless client acquisition experience.
- Provide expert responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Request for Information (RFIs), ensuring accuracy and alignment with client requirements.
- Work with internal technical resources to continually develop and improve the client demonstration environment and processes, ensuring it reflects the latest product capabilities and industry best practices.
- Monitor and analyze competitor offerings and market trends to inform product positioning and identify opportunities for differentiation.
- Utilize the Sugar/Hubspot CRM solution and other company tools according to the current set of standards maintaining meticulous records of client interactions and sales activities.
- Maintain current knowledge of the application and technical features of all solutions in our sales portfolio, dedicating time to learning new functionality and developing technical expertise as new features, modules, or solutions are added.
- Represent the company at trade shows, user conferences, and industry events, delivering presentations and engaging with attendees to promote our solutions.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Chief Sales Officer.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years in client facing roles, understanding of and experience with Human Capital Management systems, and SaaS technology Experience working with basic office and sales related applications such as Microsoft Office, CRM solutions, etc.
- Ability to communicate professionally in written responses
- Ability to manage own time efficiently / self-motivated
- Technical aptitude / Quick learner
- HCM Experience in a sales or equivalent role
Location
- Applicants must reside Chicago - westward (b/c of travel requirements, need someone not on the east coast)
- Travel required for onsite appointments
