Description
A.T. Still University (ATSU) is seeking a full-time exempt HRIS Analyst & Auditor on the Mesa, Arizona campus. This position is responsible for providing vision, leadership, planning, project coordination, and management for the development of a cost-effective software solutions while concurrently facilitating efficient operations to meet current and future business needs within the HR and Payroll departments.
Duties & Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all HRIS related activity, and ultimately ensure the integrity of systems including the full HR suite of solutions, Time and Labor, and Payroll.

Support HR related projects or efforts peripheral to the HRIS.

Direct the analysis and design of improvements to HR Systems, and lead key activities to deliver identified improvements including the documentation of the process work-flows, data models, concept authorization, security model updates to ensure data protection, reporting and dashboards and internal operating procedures and end user training materials.

Ensure effective knowledge transfer and training of new functionality and system improvements with the HR team members to ensure ongoing optimal performance and process work-flow.

Be able to identify, report on, and manage risks of general and critical issues.

Use the Paylocity test database to test and optimize the use of the HRIS.

Audit areas of benefits, payroll, taxes, Paylocity billing and other HR areas as needed to ensure compliance and accuracy of the data.

In collaboration with other members of the HR management team and other internal groups, create annual objectives for system management and improvement, delivering credible plans for development work on system configuration, input data harmonization opportunities, end user skill sets and optimization of the HR tool set for use in reporting and decision making.

Partner with internal and external resources to ensure identified improvements are implemented according to agreed time-frames and roll out objectives.

Drive implementation and roll-out activities using established project management skills.
Requirements

A Bachelor's degree is required.

Previous experience with multi-site, multi-state, multi-functional organizations and a solid functional HR and Payroll background

5 or more years of experience managing all aspects of an HRMS implementation project life-cycle, system configuration, and implementation.

Full competency with HRIS applications and extensive knowledge of software, with the ability to keep abreast of new and developing technologies.

Strong experience and background in HR benefits and payroll.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Demonstrated leadership and people management skills.

Strong attention to detail.
