HRIS Analyst in New York, NYDutiesThe HRIS Analyst will have the following duties and responsibilities, including but not limited to:Enter Human Resources Information System (HRIS) data and run ad-hoc reports asrequested;Support all HRIS systems (needs analysis, research, design, testing, quality control,deployment, training, and administration) and human resources end users in the use ofHRIS applications and desktop tools (personnel performance evaluation, compensationand document management systems and software);Actively identify and resolve issues or opportunities for enhanced user experience;Assists in development of standard & complex reports for ongoing needs. Helpmaintain data integrity in systems by running queries and analyzing data;Manages and builds annual employee engagement survey via Qualtrics;Assists in annual external surveys - Salary.com and McLagan;Manage various monthly reporting;Audit all HR systems for accuracy monthly;Maintain Performance Management and Compensation system.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field plus experience in data management, quality data review, design and implementation of database systems is required.
