Responsibilities- Lead Expense Management: Direct and develop the FP&A expense team to ensure disciplined, timely, accurate, and standardized reporting for executive leadership, lenders, and investors (e.g., monthly executive packs, quarterly board materials).
- Business Partnership: Serve as a key business partner to executive leadership, ensuring alignment between finance and the business on all aspects of financial and operational objectives, strategies and performance.
- Monthly Forecasting: Own monthly reforecasting of expenses, utilizing driver-based variance analysis.
- Annual Planning: Play a key role in the development and execution of the annual operating plan and long-range financial strategy.
- Financial Analysis & Insights: Partner with business leaders to integrate operational data with financial outcomes, delivering actionable insights that drive performance.
- Modeling & Scenario Planning: Oversee the creation of advanced business cases in Adaptive Planning and Excel to support complex financial questions, sensitivity analysis, and scenario modeling.
- Performance Metrics: Define, track, and report key performance indicators and financial targets to measure success and identify improvement opportunities.
- Process Improvement: Lead special projects aimed at enhancing system reporting tools, analytical capabilities, and internal processes to enable better decision-making.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor FP&A team members, fostering growth, accountability, and alignment with organizational objectives.
- Governance: Establish and maintain standards and procedures for financial management reporting to ensure consistency and compliance.
Qualifications- Experience: 8+ years in finance, including management experience; prior experience in scaled technology/SaaS industry required.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adaptive Planning and familiarity with tools such as Workday, Salesforce, Tableau, Power BI and NetSuite.
- Analytical Expertise: Exceptional financial modeling skills with the ability to build and explain complex models.
- Business Acumen: Strong understanding of GAAP, SaaS metrics, and financial principles. Ability to effectively communicate with both executive leadership and cross-functional peers.
- Leadership: Proven ability to build cross-functional partnerships and lead high-performing teams.
- Attributes: Excellent written and verbal communications skills, initiative and team-first mindset. Intellectually curious, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Preferred- Required: BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
- Preferred: MBA or CFA designation.

Compensation and BenefitsWe accept applications for this position on an ongoing basis until the position is filled. Applications will be reviewed as they are received, and qualified candidates may be contacted throughout the posting period.
The anticipated base pay range for this position is $140,000-$165,000 annually. Additional compensation for this role includes a bonus eligibility, which program is based on personal, department and/or company performance, where applicable. Final compensation will be based on factors such as relevant experience, skills, education, internal equity, and market data. This range aligns with our commitment to equitable and transparent compensation practices, as required by applicable law.
