Job Title: HRIS AnalystJob Description
This role involves supporting the HR leader in gathering and analyzing data across various areas of the HR business. The position also entails assisting the team in driving initiatives that enhance employee engagement.
Responsibilities

Oversee the collection and integrity of workforce data across HR platforms such as Workday, SAP, and ADP.

Design and maintain automated dashboards in Tableau or Power BI to track real-time KPIs, including turnover rates, time-to-hire, and headcount.

Analyze employee life-cycle data to identify trends and provide actionable recommendations to leadership regarding workforce productivity and engagement.

Utilize historical data to forecast future staffing needs and identify 'flight risk' patterns among high-performing talent.

Lead the preparation of annual compliance reports (EEO-1, AAP) and conduct regular data audits to ensure accuracy and privacy.

Partner with Finance and IT to align HR data with company-wide financial goals and technical infrastructure.
Essential Skills
Additional Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Human Resources, or a related field.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including macros, VBA, and complex modeling.

SQL skills for querying large datasets.

Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.

Experience navigating and extracting data from enterprise HRIS platforms.

1–5 years of experience in an analytical role, preferably within Human Resources or People Operations.

Work Environment

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $32.00/hr.
