Position: HRIS Analyst
Fully Remote
3-4 Month Contract
Required Skillsets:
3+ Years of HRIS Analyst experience specifically working within ADP handling system enhancements, set up, reporting, etc.
Strong experience within HR including benefits reporting, payroll processing quality checks, invoice reconciliation (in depth comparison of the charges by employee) and AD HOC Report Request
Experience with ADP WFN (Specifically maintaining HRIS System, reporting, training and troubleshooting)
Job Description:
The HRIS Analyst is a key member of the Human Resources department. They play a crucial role in collecting, analyzing, and reporting on HR processes and data. The HRIS Analyst performs HR activities in support of HR processes, while maintaining the utmost confidentiality in dealing with employee records and proprietary business information.
Serve as a strong consultative partner to HR, IT, and business leaders to continuously improve HR systems enhancements and automation.
Ensure integrations function as designed based on functional and technical requirements.
Drive the deployment of feature releases and system maintenance, ensuring client requirements are met.
Perform regular audits in HRIS system to ensure data integrity.
Generate and analyze data and metrics to support data-driven decisions.
Provide technical solutions to regulatory and business requirements, includes testing and liaising with internal and external support for all HR platforms.
Perform thorough analysis and QC of each payroll ran by the payroll processor, looking for anomalies, errors, and/or variances.
