How you make a difference
The HRIS Analyst supports the organization’s UKG HR and Timekeeping platforms through system configuration, data management, reporting, and end-user support. This role partners with HR, Operations, Payroll, IT, and other functional teams to troubleshoot system issues and maintain data integrity. The position helps ensure the HRIS environment operates efficiently by supporting day-to-day administration and ongoing process improvements. The HRIS Analyst generates reports, supports integrations, and participates in system testing and enhancements. The role also assists with documentation and provides technical support to internal stakeholders across the organization.
Key Responsibilities

Administers and supports UKG HR and Timekeeping systems, including configuration, security roles, workflows, and troubleshooting.

Monitors system integrations and synchronization to ensure accurate job, pay, and accrual data across platforms.

Provides end-user support, resolves system issues, and coordinates with IT or vendors as needed.

Maintains data integrity through audits, testing, documentation, and participation in system upgrades and enhancements.

Generates recurring and ad hoc reports and supports functional partners with business requirements and system configuration.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education
- Degree in Human Resources, IT or other applicable field from an accredited college or university, or equivalent experience.
Experience
-
Minimum of three years of experience with HR systems administration is required.

Must have 2-3 years of experience with UKG's HR and Timekeeping platforms.

Proficiency in Excel, Cognos, UKG People Analytics is preferred. Tableau is a plus.

Strong understanding of HRIS data, HR data flows, and reportwriting tools required.
