Job Description
As a member of the HR Technology team, you will be responsible for administering, enhancing, and supporting all HR Technology Integrations and should have technical knowledge to do so. Our main IT systems are Workday and UKG/Kronos. The role serves as a technical point of contact for continued maintenance and configuration of modules and will ensure data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing and process improvement opportunities. The incumbent will partner with various business stakeholders and be accountable for the overall design and functionality of the applications – Workday and UKG.
What will your typical day look like?
• Identify opportunities for process enhancements and automation within the HR function, driving efficiency and effectiveness, with a focus on time and attendance workflows.
• Collaborate with HR business unit and IT business unit to foster idea exchange and knowledge sharing around time and attendance systems and integrations.
• Design standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure standardization across HR Technology Team, particularly for time and attendance management.
• Configure the expense module in workday adding additional companies especially acquisition to expenses and updating the expense hierarchies for the various erp system we interface with.
• Configure/update/triage reporting for expense data.
• Configure, update and triage expense integrations including core interfaces to the banks, trax and payment systems and multiple erp systems.
• Configure account set values and account posting rules for new values and new/changes erp systems. and monitor/resolve any issues with settlement runs.
• Run/monitor loads of new/updated project data in workday to support expense billing.
• Update and maintain custom validation rules to ensure expense reports are properly validated.
• Add and maintain expense items and categories to support business needs.
• Add and update expense rate table information for mileage per diems and other needed expense calculations.
• Maintain and update business processes for expense reporting to ensure compliance with appropriate approvals.
• Maintain and support notifications and escalations for expenses not submitted or approved in time.

• Ongoing Responsibilities
o Work directly with corporate business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions for expenses and integrations.
o Develop, test, support, and deploy integrations specific to meeting business requirements for expenses.
o Analyze release updates to understand impacts of feature changes, in relation to clients' existing expense processes and integrations.
o Accountable for data integrity, including data quality and data extracts related expenses.
o Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adjust to changing demands or needs of the business.

Skills and Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or "STEM" majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) or equivalent experience
• Experience 3+ years Minimum experience with workday
• 1+ yrs experience with the Expense module
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, project management experience, ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver business needs on timeline.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and colleagues at all levels of the organization.
