A Brief Overview
We are seeking a Senior HRIS Manager. This is a hands-on, execution-oriented leader who will partner directly with the Director, HRIS to manage the day-to-day project delivery activities and system administration across WWT's HR technology ecosystem. The key focus will be Global Human Capital Management (HCM) system implementation, ensuring that systems are reliable, optimized, and well-supported while contributing to broader transformation and integration initiatives. This is a high-impact, roll-up-your-sleeves position. This role will contribute to a multi-horizon transformation agenda.
Job Responsibilities:

Strategic Roadmap & Implementation Support Support the Director, HRIS in executing the multi-year global HR technology roadmap, including contributing to the implementation, and stabilization of Human Capital Management (HCM) systems, with specific emphasis on Cloud HCM.

Execute assigned workstreams within the Cloud HCM migration while understanding downstream impacts during and after the transition period.

Implement practical solutions as directed, focusing on integration tasks without full system consolidation while preparing for the future Cloud HCM rollout.

Merger & Acquisition Contribute to and support HR systems integration tasks for newly acquired organizations under the guidance of the Director, ensuring business continuity across HR operational processes and people management functions.

Support the delivery of a consistent, visible, and standardized employee and manager experience across both organizations, with equitable access to tools, information, and services during the transitional period.

Help ensure compliance and operating requirements are met to support legal and operational risk mitigation during integration System Optimization & HR Process Transformation.

Manage HRIS implementation, data integrity, and system configuration; ensure continuous improvement and automation of HR processes to reduce manual effort.

Administer and support annual HR cycles including benefits enrollment, merit/performance evaluations, compensation planning, and tax reporting.

Identify inefficiencies across the HR technology landscape and recommend process automation and optimization solutions to the Director.

Data Governance & Analytics Contribute to the building and maintenance of analytics, dashboards, and KPIs for HR and business leaders; support compliance with data privacy regulations.

Contribute to data governance frameworks that ensure integrity, auditability, and regulatory compliance across all HR systems of record.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Management Partner with HR, Payroll, IT, Finance, and Operations teams to align HR technology activities with broader enterprise goals as directed by the Director.

Communicate system impacts, changes, and issue resolutions across HR and IT stakeholders with clarity and professionalism.

Assist in managing vendor relationships, contracts, and service-level agreements for HR technology partners.

Leadership & Change Management Support enterprise-wide change management initiatives to ensure adoption of new technologies, processes, and operating models across both legacy WWT and acquired populations.
Qualifications:
-
Hands-on experience participating in full-lifecycle global enterprise Cloud HCM implementations, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, data conversion, integration architecture, user acceptance testing, defect triage, and post-go-live stabilization and support.

Hands-on experience administering and supporting cloud-based HCM platforms.

Working familiarity with one or more major platforms such as Oracle Cloud HCM, ADP Lyric, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Dayforce

Working knowledge of adjacent HR systems including LMS, ATS, Time & Attendance, workforce planning tools, and workflow/automation platforms.

Solid understanding of global end-to-end HR processes including Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Performance Management, Learning & Development, Succession Planning, and Employee Relations.

Ability to identify inefficiencies in HR workflows, design streamlined processes, and implement automation that reduces manual effort and improves cycle times.

Knowledge of global data privacy and regulatory compliance laws

Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization, including end users, executives, and across departments

Ability to administer and maintain systems that support rapid company growth, M&A activity, and expanding user populations.

7 – 10 years of progressive relevant experience
Preferred Experience:
-
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Information Technology, or a related discipline preferred.

Merger and Acquisition experience: Exposure to HR integration activities such as Day 1 readiness support, benefits harmonization tasks, payroll consolidation, and cross-border compliance coordination.

Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of the salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $126,400 to $158,000 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base pay.
