Our client, a leading financial organization, is seeking a dedicated and innovative HRIS Product Manager II to join their dynamic team. As a HRIS Product Manager, you will be instrumental in guiding the lifecycle of key HRIS products, including: conducting analysis for scoping, gathering and prioritizing requirements, creating roadmaps, collaborating across departments to meet strategic goals, and driving impactful initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, analytical thinking, and excellent communication skills, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and inclusivity within the organization.

What's the Job?

Work stakeholders and Engineering partners to execute all stages of the Product Development Lifecycle for HR/HRIS Technologies (i.e. Backlog, Discovery, Design, Product, Engineering, Production) including the ownership and authoring of several supporting artifacts.

Drive initiative execution across multiple functions and take responsibility for Technology commitments to stakeholders.

Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize the product backlog based upon business impact and effort; help make resource trade-off decisions as needed.

Own and maintain core product artifacts to facilitate an effective partnership with stakeholders (i.e. Backlogs, Roadmaps, Status Dashboards).
What's Needed?

Bachelor's Degree in business, IT, or related discipline with 5-7 years of experience in Software Product Management.

HRIS Product experience required, with Workday expertise preferred, including HCM Core or HCM Pro Workday Certifications.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to resolve complex issues.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to develop effective working relationships and strong stakeholder management skills.

Proficient at business writing, including functional requirement specifications, acceptance criteria, workflows, use-case definition, and value articulation.

Self-driven and the ability to perform in autonomous working environments.
