Job Description
This Project manager will lead the end-to-end project management of the implementation of the company’s HRIS and Global Payroll platforms. Partner with technology vendor on the integrated project plan and governance, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders (HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, Legal, regional HR), manage vendors and system integrators, and drive change management and adoption across a global organization. Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of a scalable SaaS solution with strong controls, high data quality, and compliance with local regulations.
• Own project governance: integrated plan, RAID log, decision and change control, and status reporting.
• Manage schedule, budget, and resources across project.
• Oversee data migration requirements (mapping, cleansing, validation, mock conversions) and cutover.
• Coordinate integrations with Payroll, Finance/GL, Benefits, Identity/SSO, ATS, and LMS.
• Coordinate Dayco testing cycles (SIT, UAT) and payroll parallel runs; drive defect triage to closure.
• Partner with IT/Security access, security, SSO, and audit readiness (SOX/privacy).
• Ensure change management, training, communications, and hypercare is managed in accordance with the project plan

Skills and Requirements
• 5+ years of experience within Project Management
• SaaS platforms (Preferred: HRIS/Payroll (e.g., Rippling, Workday).
• Project tools: MS Project/Smartsheet; Jira/Azure Boards; Confluence/ SharePoint.
• MS 365 (Excel, Powerpoint, Teams, CoPilot)
• Data migration coordination and system/process integrations experience.
• Testing leadership (SIT/UAT) and payroll parallel variance analysis.
