Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented HRIS Analyst I to join our client's team in Westerville, Ohio. In this long-term contract position, you will collaborate closely with business representatives to identify and document requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. This role demands strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to managing priorities and resolving issues.
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand processes and automation needs, translating them into detailed business requirements.
• Prioritize requirements based on their impact, benefits, and associated costs.
• Develop resource estimates and project plans to support business objectives.
• Monitor and address project risks and issues, ensuring timely resolution.
• Fulfill project management and governance responsibilities, maintaining adherence to lifecycle protocols.
• Facilitate negotiations and build strong relationships across teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement and automation.
• Create clear and comprehensive documentation, including Business Requirement Documents (BRDs).
• Employ effective decision-making and prioritization strategies to support organizational goals.
• Communicate project updates and results to stakeholders through written and oral presentations.
Requirements
• 1-3 years of experience in HRIS analysis or a related field.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies and lifecycle processes.
• Strong skills in decision-making, prioritization, and issue resolution.
• Ability to translate business needs into formal documentation, such as BRDs.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
• Proven ability to manage relationships and negotiate effectively.
• Familiarity with business process improvement and automation concepts.
• Adept at identifying risks and developing mitigation strategies.
