Work Summary
The Senior Manager, Strategy is a key player on the Strategy team responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives that enhance executive relationships, drive revenue growth, and support Phenom’s long-term objectives. This role involves collaborating with account managers to identify and capitalize on net new and upsell opportunities, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining strong executive relationships. In addition, significant speaking and marketing opportunities to represent Phenom in the domain as well as writing and publishing thought leadership insights.

Experience
- 2+ years — Strategy Development
Education
- High School (Preferred)
- Other in Creative/Artistic (Preferred)
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in strategy development, customer relationship management, or a related role.
- Proven track record of managing customer relationships at a senior level.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to use Generative and Agentic AI tools and build strong fluency to drive business outcomes efficiently
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working closely with account managers or sales teams to drive business growth.
- Ability to lead and inspire a team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
