As an Engineering Team Leader, you’ll play a crucial role as our first Dev Team Lead based in the US for our Payroll Product! You are passionate about hiring and leading a diverse team of Frontend and Backend Engineers to build an end-to-end product from scratch. You will partner closely with the Product team to shape and execute the roadmap for our Payroll Offering. What will you do? Hire, lead, and develop a high performing Engineering team to build our Payroll Product in alignment with overall product vision and business goalsPartner with Product to build and execute on a roadmap of exciting features for PayrollDrive technical excellence by building a product end-to-end: owning the dev cycle from the technical design, through coding and testing, to deployment and monitoringManage a continuous delivery environment with fully automated QA processes on a microservices architecture, deploying to production dozens of times every day. Foster a collaborative work environment across multiple teams globally, including CX, UX, Infrastructure teams and other dev teams.Foster a strong feedback culture, where all team members are encouraged to challenge and be challenged on their opinions and beliefs in order to always optimize for the best possible outcome.
