Work you'll do
As a Workday HCM Specialist Leader you will:

Organize and deliver services on a cross-section of complex projects.

Contribute to the development of business and vendor relationships.

Support pre-sales, RFPs and proposals.

Manage senior-level client relationships.

Serve as "Subject Matter Expert", adding experienced insights into client challenges.

Manage solutions, delegate resources, and ensure the quality assurance principles are met across projects and deliverables.

Lead and support delivery teams and staff.

Actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities, providing input and guidance into the staffing process.

Present and sell ideas to various client audiences, both technical and non-technical.

Qualifications
Required:

Bachelor's degree

6+ years of consulting experience, preferably with a large consulting firm, or 10+ years of functional experience in the area of HCM Workday modules

Must be able to obtain and maintain required clearance for this role

Experience with at least leading 1 full life cycle Workday HCM implementations
