Position Summary
Under the direction of the HRIS Manager, the HRIS Systems Analyst provides support to various HR Systems with a focus on Talent Acquisition. Is primarily responsible for the administration, configuration, testing, and releases of the Talent Acquisition Systems (iCIMS). Is responsible for the full cycle of technical implementations for configuration changes and systems enhancements, including interfaces with other SaaS solutions for HCM (Ceridian Dayforce) and job descriptions (jdXpert). Provides technical support and troubleshooting to super users, users, and third-party partners. Serves as backup for HCM administration and support. Implements effective methods to define the problem, provide alternative solutions, and build and implement solutions to ensure process optimization while delivering to customers promptly and efficiently. Works with the HRIS team, functional HR, and internal and external HR customers to define the needs and requirements for the solutions to be implemented.
Responsibilities
Documents and analyzes requirements (e.g. business system, security, conversion, and report), develop detailed data, functional design and document specifications, and assist with conversion, testing, training, and other project needs throughout the development life cycle.
Designs, refreshes, and implements the configuration and QA process to support HR system solutions, configuration, and processes, including forms, .
Works with Operational and HR Leadership to ensure that Talent Systems are configured to ensure a positive experience for users and management.
Trains users on system features and capabilities, creates training tools and guides.
Creates and shares custom reporting and dashboards that provide appropriate and timely information to support management, Operational Leadership and HR in complex business analysis and decisions.
Assists with system conversions and upgrades to include data conversion, data mapping, data analysis, integration of business process best practices, management of temporary consulting resources assisting with implementation initiative.
Analyzes and report service ticket trends to work toward reducing the number of tickets submitted and recognizing immediate or future needs to address any negative impacts on the QA process or end-user experience.
