The Senior Analyst leads analysts ensures that all the systems' functionality meets the needs of users and stakeholders. Responsible for researching, recommending, and influencing best practice solutions, drawing upon extensive knowledge of ERP applications (Workday and PeopleSoft) and business processes for both the HCM and, as applicable, non-HCM (Payroll, Finance, Supply Chain) domains. Responsible for support and maintenance of applications to maximize operations including production support and fixes, system enhancements upgrades, and system conversions to meet changing business requirements in a dynamic environment. Provide consultation to the business staff and leadership teams on the use of the systems and other third-party applications and integrations. Ability to analyze and document functional and technical business requirements, evaluate new systems, modules, and processes to meet business needs and services. Contribute to projects with the objective to ensure repeatable project success.
Job Description:
Primary Responsibilities

Design and configure the Workday application to meet ongoing business needs and generate reports to support HCM and Pay functions, including Core HR, compensation, benefits & absence.

Responsible for business process development, improvement, configuration, releases, testing, maintenance and implementation within Workday and other systems.

Responsible for building Workday reports and ensure data elements captured in the system are in compliance with state and federal regulations.

Create review and participate in functional and regression testing for all system fixes, upgrades, patches, and other maintenance including bi-annual Workday releases and new system features and participate in the communication of changes and benefits to end users.

Serves as the liaison between HR functional users and partner with HR COE's, HRSC, IT and other stakeholders to set direction for process improvement, release management, integration management, end-user troubleshooting, issue remediation, SLA, upgrades, change control, technology request assistance, escalation management, and security strategy.

Researches and evaluates alternative solutions for new modules or functional processes to meet changing business demands, and recommends the most efficient and cost-effective solutions to key stakeholders.

Responsible for developing and enhancing strong partnerships/collaboration with departments to gather information and translate that into a business process/system functionality that both aligns with the needs of the business and keeps the end user experience in mind.

Supports assigned production environments: troubleshoots technical Workday issues, documents and manages incoming requests whether handled internally or with a vendor. Understands the interdependencies, internal workings, integration points, and connectivity of assigned systems.

Own and support special projects from start to finish.
Required Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree required.

· Previous experience supporting users of a Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) system is required. Having a combining HR processes and system assessments expertise with a broad knowledge of HR functional (Payroll, Compensation, Benefits, etc.).

· 3-5 years related work experience required.

· Strong attention to detail and high commitment to accuracy and auditing.

· Strong analytical, project management & problem-solving skills.

· Must be customer focused with attention to detail & follow through.

· Advanced skills with Microsoft applications which may include Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint or Access and other web-based applications. May produce complex documents, perform analysis and maintain databases.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with HR data analysis, reporting, and analytic development.
