Position Title: HRIS IT Business Analyst
Salary Range: $78,000-$90,000

Position Summary:
Vibrant is seeking an HRIS IT BA to administer its Workday system. This position will provide technical support and administration as well as recommendations for configuration options/feature enhancements.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Workday System Administration

Create, Configure, and Maintain Business Processes in Workday for each functional group. i.e., Set custom automation for Payroll Processing and Reporting in Workday Modules.

Review Ongoing updates and new features available in Workday to streamline processes.

Examine efficiencies in automation, setup, change orders, requests, and approval processes.

Ensure Time Entry flows through all systems to live in Workday.

Ensure Data Sharing and Transparency for data owned by HR between HR, IT, and Finance.

Record all API and SFTP Integrations and which Business Processes they impact.

Serve as SME for all Workday Training, Administration, and Configuration.

Account maintenance as needed

Attend all Workday Implementation Meetings.
Partnership with Workday Team to Prep for Testing

Creates test plans

Assigns test scenarios

End-to-End Testing

Data Validation

Functional Testing

Integration Testing
Required Skills/Abilities:

Strong understanding of Workday features and functionality

Experience working with Workday integrations

Proven analytical abilities

Experience generating process diagrams, requirements documentation, and reports

Experience with implementing large-scale technology projects

Excellent communicator with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
