Junior HRIS Analyst - Workday
Our Culture and Talent (C&T) Systems and Operations team is looking for a Junior HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) Analyst.
The Junior HRIS Analyst is a vital contributor to the success of the C&T System and Operations team and the broader C&T department. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless operation of Workday, maintaining accurate employee data, and delivering essential user support. This position serves as an excellent stepping stone for individuals aspiring to build a career in HRIS, particularly with a focus on Workday.
A minimum of one year of prior experience in a role involving Workday, such as a HRIS or Shared Services Analyst is required.
What you’ll do

Employee Inquiries : Responding to employee queries regarding C&T policies, Workday navigation, data requests, payroll, and other C&T-related matters. This often involves providing information, troubleshooting issues, and escalating more complex problems to specific C&T teams if necessary.

Employee Data Management : Keeping employee data up to date, initiating processes, loading data and facilitating process completion. Support audits or compliance checks when needed.

C&T Technology Support : Assisting employees and managers with C&T technology tools, including troubleshooting technical issues and providing training.

Process Improvement: Identifying opportunities to streamline C&T processes, improve efficiency, and enhance the employee experience.

Reporting: Generating C&T reports and analytics to provide insights into C&T metrics, such as turnover, headcount, and employee demographics.

Audit support: Support with both internal and external audit requests, including data requests and reports. Follow defined processes for change requests as per documentation.

Continuous Learning: Stay updated on emerging HR technology trends and new features of HRIS software.

Training and Documentation: Develop training materials and provide training sessions to HR users. Create and maintain documentation for HRIS processes and procedures.

Communication Skills : Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with C&T and IT teams, and other stakeholders. Ability to translate technical jargon into understandable language for non-technical colleagues.

Technology Proficiency : Familiarity with HRIS software and systems, including Workday. Understanding of how HRIS systems integrate with other enterprise systems (e.g., payroll, time and attendance).

Change Management: Skills to help manage and facilitate change when implementing new HRIS systems or processes. Understanding change management principles can be valuable in managing transitions smoothly.

Project Management: Experience in managing HRIS-related projects, including system implementations, upgrades, and enhancements. Effective time management and organizational skills to meet project deadlines.
Minimum Requirement s:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.

Minimum of one year of prior experience in a role involving Workday, such as HRIS or Shared Services Analyst.

Strong interest in HR technology and systems and desire to become proficient in managing Workday.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel) and the ability to learn new software quickly.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Compensation Range
$60,000 - $80,000 - $100,000
The base salary range for this role at minimum, midpoint and maximum is shown above. It is not typical for a candidate to be hired close to or at the maximum of the salary range. At Sprinklr, base pay depends on multiple individualized factors, including experience, qualifications, job-related knowledge and skills, and geographic location. Base pay also depends on the relative experience, knowledge, skills to our internal peers in the role. Base pay is only one part of our competitive Total Rewards package: the successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in Sprinklr’s discretionary bonus plan, commission plan and/or equity plan, depending on role.
US-based Sprinklr employees are eligible for a highly competitive benefits package as well, which demonstrates our commitment to our employees’ health, well-being, and financial protection.
