Summary of Position:
The Human Resources H.R.I.S Specialist is responsible for using computer databases to help IMGRandC keep track of and improve their human resource department. This includes updating employee data and preparing reports. They give direction on the technical aspects of such systems to all staff who are not directly involved with information systems.
