The Role at a glance:
The HRIS Analyst will focus on HRIS daily support of Elior’s HR systems. This role will help drive the successful ongoing platform support. The ideal candidate will have experience in SAP SuccessFactors Systems configuration, implementation, enhancements, and support. This position will be one of our Subject Matter Experts for HR systems and is a technical and functional point-of-contact for the HR and IS teams, as well as the broader organization.
The primary focus of the HR Systems Administration Analyst is the enhancement, support and maintenance of all modules of SuccessFactors but primarily (EC, Onboarding 2.0, reporting, RBP, integrations).

What you'll be doing:
• Provides hands-on platform support of all SuccessFactors modules to include issue research and resolution
• Manage role-based permissions for all SuccessFactors modules
• Serve as the application subject matter expert; review reporting options, provide analysis and input in the implementation and upgrade of HR applications and systems.
• Write, maintain and support a variety of reports or queries using appropriate reporting tools
• Evaluate SAP SuccessFactors releases and fixes for system impacts and make recommendations
• Troubleshoot and resolve end user issues
• Write internal and end user test scripts and design project plans as needed
• Ensure data integrity across SuccessFactors modules and work with HR and Payroll teams if source data issues are discovered
• Perform and/or assist with manual data uploads where necessary
• Document and maintain system administration processes and procedures and assist with end user training
• Support additional module implementation projects in SuccessFactors and related people systems
• Represent holistic approach to SuccessFactors module integration
• Participate in governance group to set direction and guidelines for SuccessFactors integration and use at the organization
• Make and implement recommendations for improvements to data processes and data integrity
• Lead process change discussion to facilitate collaboration between user groups
• Work directly with IT on any technical issues relating to SuccessFactors
• Manage production support tickets and scheduled activities for people systems
• On-going design and enhancement of tools and templates, with a focus on streamlined integration and usability
• Actively collaborate with other HR and Payroll team members and Operational client contacts to meet people system needs
• Recommend process improvement on managing daily and scheduled reports
• Contribute to the planning and execution of systems related projects
• Offer expert insights into system capabilities and best practices
• Proactively identifies threats and opportunities and leverages HRIS expertise to design creative business solutions which align with business strategy
What we're looking for:
Must-haves:

3+ years of experience administering HRIS systems and specifically SAP SuccessFactors

SuccessFactors Employee Central experience preferred (ONB 2.0 module experience preferred)

Ability to troubleshoot transactional, master data and integration issues

Strong functional/business knowledge of core HR business practices

Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in time-sensitive situations with a keen attention to detail

Customer service, written and oral communication, organization, and project management skills

BA, BBA, or BS in Business or equivalent experience

Travel up to 10%
Nice-to-haves:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365

Experience completing root cause analysis, including technical and internet research

Basic knowledge of web technology including HTML, XML, browsers, etc.

Kronos administration experience preferred
