In support of NTT Global Data Centers Americas (GDC Americas) HR Digital Platforms strategy, the Associate HR Digital Platforms Specialist will play a key part in establishing the highest level of data integrity and compliance in HR systems, as well as in the design and delivery of functional workforce data and analytics. This role will have opportunity to collaborate with leadership, management, and peers to enhance, develop, and maintain efficient automated business processes. This is an entry level professional position in a rapidly growing organization and is the first step in the professional career path in the NTT GDC Americas HR Digital Platforms function.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Identify, establish, and execute an audit schedule to maintain the integrity of HR and employee data, security roles, and HRIS / HCM setup.

Participate and contribute to the implementation, setup, and enhancement of GDC Americas HR digital platforms, including workstreams to establish data integrations, migrations, and data transfers.

Partner with HRIS peers to document and compile requirements to develop dashboards, reports, and other data analytics in line with GDC Americas Data Governance policies.

Perform basic reporting and analysis based on request to aid with key activities, such as workforce planning and position management, as well as measuring organizational turnover, internal mobility, and other HR metrics.

Assist with maintenance, communication, and training on records retention, data privacy and protection, and document management stored and accessed on department shared drive, SharePoint, and Teams.

Assist in the management of user access and provisioning for HR systems, as well as basic configuration associated with configuration, set-up, and input of HRIS foundation elements and data to support the organization.

Partner with users and technical support teams to troubleshoot and resolve system and data integration issues.

Oversee the review and updates for HRIS guides and business process documentation, including any HR Policies and Procedures governed by the PMO in partnership and coordination with HR compliance lead.

Identify opportunities to streamline and optimize use of automation / systems to remove dependence on manual and exception-based processes.

Support the administration of annual merit and bonus process.

Performs some data entry, reporting, and transaction support for HR technology to ensure accuracy and integrity.

Assists the HR Management team with various related HR projects and reporting requests, as needed.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

Familiarity with US record retention requirements, Sarbanes Oxley, and data privacy laws

Can perform basic independent research and report back findings.

Able to communicate clearly.

Organized, with some fundamental project administration skills.

Proficient with using Microsoft Windows operating system, and with Microsoft Office applications Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook.

Should possess strong Excel skills and can perform basic formulas, data processing, and formatting with little to no direction.

Comfortable in a collaborative team environment.

Function and perform a fast-paced, sometimes high stress environment.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field; or equivalent education and/or relevant experience required.

1 – 3 years’ experience supporting a process, workstream, or project.

Some experience with data entry, reporting, and or general support for an HRIS; Workday is preferred.

High school diploma required.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Remain stationary for long periods of time.

Operate computer, peripherals, and other office equipment.

Perform work during US business hours and time zones.
WORK CONDITIONS & OTHER REQUIREMENTS
- Perform work from a remote location with stable internet connection.
This is a remote position that requires reliable internet connection and electricity. A monthly stipend is provided to cover expenses associated with working remotely and use of a personal mobile device, if applicable.
NTT Global Data Centers Americas, Inc. offers competitive compensation based on experience, education, and location. Base salary for this position is $86,000 - $103,000 .
All regular full-time employees are eligible for an annual bonus; payout is dependent upon individual and company performance.
