Responsibilities
-
Perform duties across HR space including compensation, benefits, leave, investigations, talent performance management, orientaitons, onboarding and audits
-
Onboard and lead new hire orientations

Monitor onboarding process pertaining to backgrounds and compliance
-
Respond to employee inquiries by phone and email or leveraging HRIS system about PTO, medical and compensation questions
-
Ensure legal compliance and review policy
-
Coordinate open enrollment
-
Collaorate with TA team
-
Foster employee retention strategies
-
Coordinates the agency's personnel-related compliance programs, including but notlimited to: Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Veterans Preference, EqualEmployment Opportunity (EEO), Pay Equity, Workers Compensation, Family andMedical Leave Act (FMLA), Consolidated Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act (COBRA)STD, FMLA, LTD to ensure leaves are administered in compliance with federal and statelaws.
