Description
Robert Half is working with a reputable company that is seeking a highly skilled and experienced HRIS Analyst to join their team. The HRIS Analyst will play a critical role in managing and optimizing the Human Resources Information System (HRIS). The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in HRIS projects, report generation, compensation analysis, and preferably knowledge of Workday.
Key Responsibilities:
HRIS Project Management:

Lead and participate in HRIS projects, ensuring successful implementation, integration, and optimization of HR systems and processes.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement HRIS enhancements.
Report Generation and Analysis:

Generate and analyze various HR reports and metrics to support data-driven decision-making and provide insights to HR leadership.

Develop and maintain standardized and ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and data visualization.
Compensation Analysis:

Conduct compensation analysis to ensure market competitiveness, internal equity, and compliance with relevant regulations.

Partner with the compensation team to assess and recommend adjustments to compensation structures based on market trends and organizational needs.
Data Integrity and Security:

Maintain data integrity within the HRIS, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with privacy laws and company policies.

Collaborate with IT and cybersecurity teams to implement and maintain data security protocols.
Process Improvement:

Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within the HRIS to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and user experience.

Propose and implement solutions to streamline HRIS-related processes and enhance overall HR operations.
Requirements
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in HRIS administration, including project management, report generation, and compensation analysis.

Proficiency in utilizing HRIS platforms, preferably with experience in Workday.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, both written and verbal.

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
