The HRIS Manager leads the design, configuration, and ongoing optimization of the Oracle Fusion HCM platform. This role is responsible for establishing configuration standards, supporting system implementation, and driving long-term system performance across core HR modules. The HRIS Manager partners closely with HR stakeholders and technical teams to ensure the platform supports scalable, efficient business processes.
Job Responsibilities

Lead configuration strategy, governance, and standards for Oracle Fusion HCM

Partner with Systems Integrator during implementation to design, configure, test, and deploy solutions

Own end-to-end configuration across Core HR, Talent, Recruiting, Onboarding, Absence, Compensation, and Learning

Manage system backlog, prioritize enhancements, and support optimization post go-live

Establish and maintain change control, release management, and documentation processes

Partner with HR and technical teams to translate business requirements into scalable system solutions

Monitor quarterly Oracle releases and oversee impact assessment, testing, and deployment

Hire, develop, and lead a configuration team
MUST HAVE
-
5+ years of experience configuring enterprise HCM systems (e.g., Oracle, Workday, SAP, UKG)

2+ years of leadership or team management experience

Experience supporting multiple HCM modules (Core HR required + at least one of Talent, Absence, or Compensation)

Strong understanding of HR processes and system configuration dependencies

Experience working with Systems Integrators during implementation
