Description
On behalf of our client, a healthcare organization in the Memphis area, Robert Half is seeking an HRIS Analyst with strong Paycom experience to help stabilize, support, and optimize its HR and payroll systems following a recent Paycom implementation.
The organization is approaching one year post‑go‑live and continues to experience significant system and data challenges impacting HR operations, payroll processing, and internal stakeholders. Support is currently shared across multiple teams, and this role will serve as a central HRIS and data owner for Paycom.
This position is focused on data integrity, system functionality, and cross‑functional coordination, rather than general IT support.
Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary HRIS resource for Paycom

Troubleshoot and resolve Paycom issues related to:

Employee data
-
Payroll processing
-
HR workflows, configurations, and reporting
-
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of HR and payroll data

Partner with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to identify root causes and drive solutions

Support system configuration changes, testing, and validation
-
Assist with security roles, permissions, and access management within Paycom
-
Create and maintain HRIS documentation, workflows, and process guides
-
Coordinate with Paycom vendor support as needed and help drive issues to resolution

Identify recurring issues and recommend process and data‑driven improvements
Requirements
Required Qualifications

Hands‑on experience supporting Paycom in a post‑implementation environment

Strong background in HRIS, payroll systems, or HR data analysis

Proven experience troubleshooting system, configuration, and data issues

Comfortable working across multiple teams in an environment without a single system owner

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with close attention to detail
-
Clear communication skills with both technical and non‑technical partners
Nice to Have

Healthcare or regulated‑industry experience

Experience supporting HRIS systems after a challenging implementation

Familiarity with payroll processes and HR compliance concepts

Experience building, validating, or improving HR and payroll reporting
