We are seeking a Global HR Operations Consultant – HRIS to serve as a functional and technical subject matter expert for our HRIS platform (Dayforce). This role is accountable for ensuring system integrity, driving HR process optimization, and delivering a seamless, globally consistent employee experience across the full HR lifecycle.
As a key member of Global HR Operations, this role partners closely with HR, IT, vendors, and business stakeholders to lead system enhancements, enforce governance standards, and drive continuous improvement across HRIS processes and capabilities. The role reports to the Global HR Operations Manager and does not have direct reports. Candidates must be proficient in English.

Key Responsibilities
HRIS Functional Leadership (Dayforce)

Serve as the global subject matter expert across Dayforce modules, including Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning, and Performance

Own the translation of business requirements into scalable, sustainable system solutions and best practices

Act as a trusted advisor to HR partners, providing strategic guidance on system capabilities, limitations, and process improvements
System Enhancements & Project Execution

Lead and support HRIS initiatives, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, implementation, and post-go-live optimization

Own coordination and execution of system testing activities, ensuring high-quality, accurate, and timely delivery

Evaluate Dayforce releases, assess business impact, and lead readiness and adoption efforts

Oversee interface performance, partnering with IT to proactively monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues
Governance, Risk & Compliance

Own and continuously improve the Global HR Change Request process, ensuring transparency, prioritization, and alignment

Ensure all HRIS processes adhere to governance standards, audit requirements, and data integrity controls

Develop, maintain, and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) to drive consistency and operational excellence
Training, Adoption & User Enablement

Lead training and enablement efforts to ensure effective and consistent use of Dayforce across the organization

Design and maintain user-focused training materials, job aids, and documentation

Drive system adoption by promoting best practices and enhancing user experience
Operational Excellence & Vendor Management

Oversee the HR Operations mailbox, ensuring timely, accurate, and high-quality service delivery

Manage vendor-related activities, including I-9 audit coordination and invoice oversight, ensuring compliance and accuracy

Partner cross-functionally to resolve complex system and process issues and improve operational outcomes
Qualifications
Education & Experience
-
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)

5–10 years of experience in HRIS roles, with strong preference for Dayforce expertise

Proven experience leading system testing, implementations, and release management activities
