HRIS Consultant (ADP) – Implementation & Optimization
We are seeking an experienced HRIS Consultant with strong expertise in ADP (Lyric or Workforce Now) to support system configuration, optimization, and cross-functional integration across HR and Payroll functions.
Key Responsibilities

Configure, optimize, and maintain ADP HRIS modules, with a focus on scalability and efficiency

Lead or support HRIS implementations, enhancements, and system upgrades

Manage and optimize Position Management and organizational structures within ADP

Partner closely with HR and Payroll teams to ensure seamless system integration and data accuracy

Analyze and improve existing processes; drive workflow standardization and automation

Provide training and guidance to internal stakeholders to ensure strong system adoption

Troubleshoot system issues and recommend solutions aligned with business needs
Qualifications

Proven hands-on experience configuring ADP (Workforce Now or Lyric) environments

Strong background in HRIS implementation, optimization, and process improvement

Experience with HR + Payroll systems integration and data flows

Demonstrated ability to partner cross-functionally and influence stakeholders

Ability to translate business requirements into system solutions

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Dallas, TX.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $55.00/hr.
