Come join us.As the Director of Category Marketing at HiBob, you will lead a team of researchers and storytellers responsible for collecting and analyzing data to inform top-tier global marketing campaigns, as well as influencing HiBob’s overall product and go-to-market strategies. Leveraging your expertise in the HCM market and your experience covering companies like Workday, SAP, Rippling, UKG, and others, you will drive the development of proprietary research and thought leadership content that positions HiBob as a trusted leader in the HCM market and among HR teams everywhere. What will you do? Thought Leadership and Evangelism:Serve as an evangelist for HiBob in the HR market, leveraging your expertise and insights to participate in industry events, webinars, and speaking engagementsCollaborate with marketing teams to develop thought leadership content, including whitepapers, articles, blog posts, and presentations, that showcase HiBob’s unique perspective and expertise for HR leadersBuild relationships with key industry influencers and analysts to amplify HiBob’s thought leadership initiatives and enhance its reputation in the marketMarket Analysis and Insights:Oversee the collection and analysis of data on market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to inform business strategy, product planning, and go-to-market initiativesLead efforts to size the Total Addressable Market (TAM), update Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP), and conduct closed-won/loss analysis to identify key trends and opportunitiesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to map and research target buyer personas, ensuring a deep understanding of customer needs and pain pointsProprietary Research Development:Drive the development of proprietary primary research studies to generate insights that fuel marketing campaigns and thought leadership initiativesPartner with internal stakeholders to identify research topics and objectives, design surveys and data collection methodologies, and analyze findings to uncover actionable insightsTranslate research findings into compelling narratives and insights that resonate with target audiences and position HiBob as a thought leader in the HR marketTeam Leadership and Management:Lead and mentor a small team of research analysts, providing guidance, support, and feedback to drive individual and team performanceEstablish performance metrics and goals for the team, conducting regular performance reviews and identifying opportunities for skill development and growthImplement processes and best practices to optimize research efforts and ensure high-quality insights that meet business needsNote: We are currently only considering candidates located in the EST and with the ability to travel to our NYC location as needed.Base salaries for this role range from $200,000 - $230,000 per year.
